To capture a meaningful account of the day from all perspectives, we incorporate documentary style interviews of close family members (for example, parents, grandparents and siblings).

We usually conduct interviews during the time of the photo shoot. We carefully review the footage and include special messages and thoughts from loved ones.
We inter-cut the portions of the interview with photographs (you provide us with up to 20) along with other touching “video clips” (hora, candle lighting, etc.) taken throughout the festivities. This results in a DVD with highly-edited segments that are interspersed throughout the video to create a well-paced, entertaining account of the day.
If your temple videotapes the service, we are happy to incorporate significant moments (Torah portion, prayers, etc.) in our final DVD once the synagogue provides you with the footage at no additional cost.
For our most discriminating clients, we offer the ultimate high-end remembrance. This option includes everything in the Simcha Memories plus the video is highly-edited throughout to provide a fast-paced, exciting Bar/Bat Mitzvah DVD. Two cameras are used to shoot the event. When you and your family watch your DVD video it will be like watching a movie. Three chaptered DVDs are included and all raw footage is provided separately at no cost. Finished video runs approximately 45 minutes not including service.
